We give you a fixed number after a consultation, not an hourly guess.
How long does it take to design and develop a website?+
A standard business website takes about 4-6 weeks, start to finish — discovery, design, build, content, testing. Ecommerce sites and anything with custom development or third-party integrations usually run 8-12 weeks. Add a week or two per extra language if the site needs to be multilingual. We'll give you a real timeline once we know the scope.
Who actually works on my project?+

Do you use templates, or is everything custom-built?+

What happens after the site launches — do you provide support?+
No. Every site we build can go on a maintenance plan — security patches, plugin and platform updates, uptime checks, performance tuning. And it's handled by the same team that built the site, not handed off to a support queue.
Do you do SEO and AI search optimization (AEO)?+
Yes, both. Traditional SEO — the technical work, on-page structure, content strategy — to rank in Google. And AEO, which is about showing up when someone asks ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity for a recommendation. We can build both in from day one and add them after launch.
We're not in Toronto or Ottawa — can you still work with us?+
